A dream project, I wanted my upcoming book to be a collectible, a reader’s delight – to traverse along with.

Thoughts happen in silence, Silence sings.

The book is a compilation of 49 poems written the last 3 years. Why 49? A thought is never complete, silences is infinite. Completion is relative and our thoughts are relative. An extension of this thought process brought the number 49 in my mind, and it so happened that when I counted the poems, it was 49!

The poems are based on moments, thoughts that I lived, moments that triggered thoughts, thoughts that took shape in silence. The poems live Nature, loneliness, Motherhood, Love, Remembrance, Travel, Live in, Sensual, nostalgia, Free life.

Thus the idea of book was born. 

A photo journalist friend of mine was generous enough to allow me to use his photograph for Book Cover. A person, whose legacy is an inspiration and I respect, agreed to write foreword. It was a great honour. This motivated and inspired me to scale new heights to dream further. What followed was me reaching out to my photo journalist, professional photographers and techies who love photography and share my thought about the book. I requested if I could use their photos which would tell a story, which would take us on a travel within mind. They loved the idea. Photos flooded and all photos were lovely!

I approached my cousin for help to choose and sort the photos, and he chose 8 photos from 300 odd photos! I don’t have words to thank him! Now I have shared another hundreds with him!

Two of my friends help me with the editing part so that the book does not end up with errors 
